Collecting point-and-shoot cameras from the early 2000’s is almost a vice of mine. When I come across a point-and-shoot camera in a thrift store or vintage tech store, I have to fight the urge to buy it on site. This “problem“ has only been amplified by me learning to do 35mm film photography as well. This fixation-slash-hobby is a little challenging since these cameras are rapidly hurtling towards software and hardware obsolescence. But I am enamored by the world around me, and I love seeing how different cameras can change the perception of different images.
